For more than thirty years, the AFIRE Investor Survey has gathered the opinions of AFIRE’s members—representing more than 175 organizations from 25 countries, with approximately US$3 trillion AUM—to construct a useful tool for investors, regulators, and the media to understand the goals, challenges, and impacts of international investments on US real estate opportunities.
This Spring 2025 Investor Survey continues the conversation.
All AFIRE member and guest respondents are invited to respond. All respondents will receive an early copy of the survey report, prior to its public release in April 2025.
