For more than thirty years, the AFIRE Investor Survey has gathered the opinions of AFIRE’s members—representing almost 175 organizations from 23 countries, with approximately US$3 trillion in assets under management (AUM)—to construct a useful tool for investors, regulators, and the media to understand the goals, challenges, and impacts of international investments on US real estate opportunities.
Each new AFIRE survey report builds on our previous research findings. This Fall 2024 Pulse Survey will continue that conversation.
There are a total of 18 questions in this survey (three ranked, five text-based, ten multiple-choice).
Estimated completion time is 5-10 minutes, depending on the complexity of your answers.
The survey deadline is Thursday, October 31, 2024.
All AFIRE member and guest respondents are invited to respond. All respondents will receive an early copy of the survey report, prior to its public release.
