Summit Journal Wins Graphic Design USA and MarCom Awards for Fifth Year in a Row

For the fifth year in a row, AFIRE’s Summit Journal has been recognized with the Graphic Design USA Award and MarCom Award for association publications—strengthening its position as the leading journal and platform for research ideas at the forefront of global real estate investment.

Since its inception in 2018, Summit Journal has officially earned 28 top awards and nominations for its design, editorial standards, and novel approach to trade journal publication and distribution.

Since its inception in 2004, MarCom has evolved into one of the largest, most-respected creative competitions in the world. Each year about 6,500 print and digital entries are submitted from dozens of countries.

MarCom is administered by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP). The international organization, founded in 1995, consists of several thousand marketing, communication, advertising, public relations, digital, and web professionals. AMCP administers recognition programs, provides judges, and rewards outstanding achievement and service to the community. 

The American Graphic Design Awards™ is the flagship contest from Graphic Design USA open to every­one in the community: design firms and studios, ad and creative agencies, in-house departments, freelancers, students and more.

It honors outstanding work of all kinds — end-of-year best-of-year — in two dozen categories across all print, digital and interactive media. This is our sixty-first anniversary of the program.

The audience of Summit Journal and other AFIRE media products reflects the core AFIRE membership, which counts more than 200 member organizations from 24 countries and representing approximately USD$3 trillion AUM.
