ABOUT THE MIDDLE EAST INVESTORS SUMMIT
Tuesday, November 17, 2020, 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM GST
Tuesday, November 17 2020, 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM EST
As countries continue battling COVID-19—and as the political situation continues to evolve between the US and the Middle East during an especially contentious US presidential election year—investors are seeking new strategies across all sectors, within and beyond real estate.
In this special AFIRE virtual event for Middle East-based investors, panelists will discuss macro-level economic and political trends affecting the current investment outlook in the US, including sector-level trends and the opportunities emerging from a mounting wave of proptech and other technology innovation in the real estate industry.
What should investors watch for to map opportunity and risk for distressed properties? What will a US election year and evolving political landscape in the EU and the Middle East mean for cross-border capital flows? What is the state of capital markets in the US, and what changes will we see in office, retail, industrial, and infrastructure?
